Brand Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco preferred; remote (US) for rare exceptions; global hiring supported with relocation to the United States available.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead design across brand moments including product launches, campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Design across diverse mediums such as web, social, print, packaging, environmental, editorial, and motion.
• Build and evolve the brand system, including toolkits, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product designers, engineers, and growth teams.
• Prototype with AI and emerging tools to accelerate creative output and expand range.
• Set and maintain a high bar for visual quality across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, systems thinking, and range across mediums.
• Deep command of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in the creative process for ideation and production.
• Ability to work with speed and ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, wellness, or mission-driven brands.
• Skills in motion design, 3D, or generative design.
• Experience building brand systems from scratch or leading a rebrand.
