Recruiter – Singapore (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at Bulim Square, Singapore; coordination across US and APAC time zones and occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Act as the primary recruitment partner for hiring at the Bulim Square facility.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns supporting manufacturing ramp-ups and workforce expansion.
• Coordinate hiring activities, workforce planning, and manpower readiness with contract manufacturing recruitment teams.
• Drive direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment events, and targeted talent mapping.
• Deliver candidate experience through onboarding, monitor recruitment metrics, and report on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, staffing partners, or outsourced workforce providers is advantageous.
• Must work full-time on-site at Bulim Square, Singapore.
