is building a proactive smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to everyday tasks and workflows with minimal user prompting.
What you will do
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality.
- Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS tools.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
