What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS tools.
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
