Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel; only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for expanding teams across the EMEA region.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Map internal and external talent markets and build robust pipelines through advanced sourcing channels.
• Engage passive candidates and develop diverse talent communities through social media, universities, conferences, and professional networks.
• Represent regional hiring needs within the global talent acquisition team and align local strategies with global priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced technology or hi-tech environments.
• Experience navigating global hiring markets, with specific expertise across EMEA and Israel.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
• Flawless written and verbal English with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with candidates.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
