What you will do

• Develop and implement commercial policies for engineering issues across the supported service fleet.
• Create process documentation and communicate policies consistently across the organization.
• Represent PMO interests in technical review meetings and ensure commercial considerations are addressed.
• Prepare business case funding requests and provide cost impact analyses to management and finance.
• Lead tools and process improvements that increase project management efficiency.
• Track commercial risks and opportunities and drive cost reduction initiatives through technical and business-model analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of combined-cycle power plant maintenance and operation and large gas turbines.
• Ability to use AI and data tools to analyze large datasets and identify fleet issues.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, consensus-building, and executive communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
