Operations Specialist Sr

Location: Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, or Cleveland, OH. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Salary: $41,250–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute complex securities settlement transactions and processes involving moderate to high risk and financial value.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliations between hirify.global systems, DTC, the Federal Reserve depository system, and global custodians.
• Identify and resolve exceptions, escalate complex transactions, and coordinate with internal service partners and external customers.
• Review transaction documentation for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policies.
• Provide operational consultation, recommend process improvements, and support implementation of improvements.
• Train and onboard new hires and contribute as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Strong understanding of trade flow and securities settlement operations.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, ensure compliance, and support risk mitigation.
