Sr. Specialist, Credit Card Operations (Banking)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Tower, 1601 Dodge Street, Omaha, United States. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.

Salary: $41,116–$65,787 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries for credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts.
• Calculate and process monetary account adjustments and account updates accurately and within required timelines.
• Respond to written and verbal customer inquiries while providing a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support orientation, training, and cross-training for new and existing team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and completion timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Data entry and 10-key experience.
• Familiarity with proprietary systems such as TBS, eGain, and First Work.
• Knowledge of diverse banking products and processes.
