Financial Services Representative (Personal and Business Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Provide guidance across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to nearby banking centres.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
