Financial Services Representative - Universal Banker - Brossard (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time at Brossard-9050 Bl Leduc, S10, Brossard, Quebec, Canada. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple nearby banking centres is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Create forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to connect clients with the right products, services, and opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable using critical thinking in decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, learning, and digital skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, including flexible banking centre hours and travel to nearby centres.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
