Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. Work can be performed remotely, with occasional on-site attendance; the exact remote and on-site arrangement will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation: 100% commission-based, with incentive pay.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations and build lasting relationships.
• Develop local sales plans to convert leads into new banking clients.
• Build referral networks with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and other community partners.
• Support clients with mortgage processes, documentation, and comprehensive financial planning.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
