Financial Services Representative II (Polish Speaking)

Location: Toronto-Bloor & Runnymede, Toronto, ON, Canada; on-site full-time

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, financial goals, and service needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, lending, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres when required.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Polish-speaking communication skills are required.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to apply critical thinking.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at the specified banking centre.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
