Financial Services Representative (Farsi Speaking)

Location: On-site full-time at the Toronto-Leslie and Finch banking centre in Toronto, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres and during evenings or weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their goals, priorities, and financial needs.
• Provide tailored guidance and recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and referrals to appropriate specialists.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a strong client experience and achieve sales results.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Farsi-speaking capability is required for the role.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Availability for banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and reasonable travel between banking centres.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
