Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (Cybersecurity Asset Management)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a QA organization of leads, automation engineers, and quality engineers.
• Define and execute quality strategy for Cybersecurity Asset Management and Unified Asset Inventory platforms.
• Establish quality metrics, KPIs, release readiness criteria, and release governance processes.
• Drive functional, integration, regression, performance, scalability, reliability, and security testing in an Agile environment.
• Expand automation across backend services, APIs, microservices, and web applications, including CI/CD quality gates.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, and Sustenance teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 5 years managing QA teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading QA organizations supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, quality engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience testing distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native applications, APIs, integrations, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI copilots, and AI-assisted software development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, asset management, vulnerability management, or risk management platforms.
• Experience validating AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, distributed databases, cloud compliance, audit requirements, and secure software development.
