Procurement Manager - Dubai

Location: Based in Dubai, Riyadh, London, Germany, or Beijing; the role focuses on the Middle East, Europe, and Asia regions.

What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics and industrial development and renovation projects.
• Coordinate procurement needs, timelines, and requirements with Development, Asset Management, and Business Development teams.
• Build and maintain regional supplier databases for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate long-term agreements, optimize terms, and resolve supplier issues.
• Lead the full procurement cycle, including tender documentation, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and order placement.
• Ensure procurement activities meet local regulations, company policies, transparency requirements, quality standards, and cost targets.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience in industrial, logistics, or real estate projects, with regional experience in the Middle East, Europe, or Asia.
• Experience with procurement strategy, vendor development, tendering, bidding management, and at least 3 full-cycle logistics and industrial project procurements.
• Strong knowledge of local procurement markets, cost benchmarks, regulations, authority charges, and legal requirements.
• Strong regional vendor and supplier network, plus proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills; Chinese, Arabic, or German is advantageous depending on the region.
