TL;DR
Procurement Engineer (KSA procurement): Building and managing end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for residential communities in Riyadh with an accent on strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost control, and on-time delivery. Focus on negotiating commercial terms, maintaining accurate ERP and procurement records, ensuring SASO and Saudi regulatory compliance, and developing alternative sourcing solutions.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end procurement for FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies across the KSA portfolio.
  • Build and manage supplier networks in KSA, including pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
  • Lead RFQs and competitive bidding, evaluate suppliers, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage purchasing workhirify.globals from request through delivery in coordination with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and accurate ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and related data.
  • Monitor market conditions, identify supply risks and savings opportunities, and improve procurement processes and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential sectors.
  • Experience in KSA or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.
  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems, Excel or Google Sheets, inventory tools, expense and invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems.
  • Strong ownership, negotiation, documentation, cost-control, and operational execution skills.

Nice to have

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience with FF&E procurement and Saudi regulatory requirements.
