What you will do

• Lead complex customer programs from kickoff through delivery across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Translate customer requirements and program goals into actionable plans and maintain visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams, leadership, and customers through technical reviews and program communications.
• Maintain integrated schedules, customer-facing status reports, technical deliverables, and clear program documentation.
• Own budgets, forecasts, customer commitments, contract execution, schedule performance, and overall program profitability.
• Manage requirements, configuration and change control, risk mitigation, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple technical programs in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated engineering environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills, including customer-facing reports and technical documentation.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable communication.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including cost, timing, risk, and performance considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience with additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or new product development.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DFARS, or NIST 800-171.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, operations, and additive manufacturing standards.
