Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Relocation assistance is provided. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Base pay range for Washington applicants: $145,188β$203,263 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

develops reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, with this role supporting the In-Space Systems business unit and Blue Ring portfolio.
What you will do
- Manage program deliverables, performance to plan, customer statements of work, and mission-unique scope.
- Coordinate technical, budget, schedule, staffing, cash flow, procurement, and risk management activities.
- Lead financial performance across program-level and subsystem accounts.
- Establish operating rhythms including staff meetings, operating reviews, corporate reporting, and planning cycles.
- Lead planning, finance, procurement, and cost engineering teams in building baselines, tracking execution, and developing recovery plans.
- Represent business unit interests in proposals, including scope, price versus cost, resource allocation, and program sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program management or program planning experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with aerospace development programs or space systems.
- Strong understanding of DFARS-based contracts.
- Expertise using MS Project for labor-loaded integrated schedules.
- Ability to satisfy U.S. export control employment requirements and maintain professional relationships.
