• Manage employee engagement, grievances, labor disputes, and employee care initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic HR business partnering and organizational development.
• Experience with talent assessment, recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, grievance handling, and labor relations.
• Ability to analyze HR data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
