Senior Software Engineer (Python/React)

Location: Remote-first within the United States, with periodic on-site travel to Nevada of approximately one week per quarter. Final-round interviews take place in person at a designated office location.

Salary: $180,000–$237,500 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own software features end to end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
• Build and maintain warehouse management, procurement, ERP integration, and operational applications.
• Write tested Python and React code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Design APIs and integrations between business systems.
• Work with domain experts and stakeholders to translate operational processes into working software.
• Debug production issues, monitor reliability, and collaborate remotely with distributed stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and production experience with React.
• Experience building and shipping production applications on AWS.
• Experience with API design and system integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Strong written communication, including documenting decisions and communicating asynchronously.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, supply-chain software, or procurement platforms.
• Manufacturing, logistics, or recycling industry experience.
• Event-driven architecture or workflow orchestration experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Experience working remotely on distributed engineering teams.
