Program Manager II (C&IB)

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional technology programs supporting corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Prepare strategic program updates, executive readouts, dashboards, and KPI reports for senior and CIO-level stakeholders.
• Monitor resource allocation, staffing, budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and program financials across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with technology directors, business leads, and service partners to align delivery with strategic priorities.
• Drive Agile ways of working across multiple delivery teams and ensure adherence to governance and delivery frameworks.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on results and performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Program or project management experience in technology, operations, or enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, program metrics, and coordination across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
