Personal Banker Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Base salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing, revenue growth, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and digital banking tools.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow policies, manage operational risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Spanish is preferred for the bilingual position but is not listed as a required language assessment.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
