Sr Manager, Fixed Income Service (PL)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD 110,000–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead professionals supporting clients with fixed income education, guidance, trade facilitation, and complex service needs.
• Coach employees through one-on-ones, team meetings, call reviews, performance conversations, and development planning.
• Set expectations and monitor progress against service, risk, and operational outcomes.
• Support client conversations involving fixed income products, trading, portfolio needs, liquidity, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Partner with Fixed Income Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, Supervision, Compliance, Product, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in financial services, preferably in fixed income, trading, service, wealth management, or a specialized client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of fixed income markets, products, and solutions.
• Ability to coach employees, support development planning, and build team capability.
• Experience reinforcing procedures, documentation standards, supervision expectations, and risk controls.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, and 9/10 licenses required.
• Ability to lead through change, align with partners, and translate strategy into practical execution.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• CFA, CFP, or CIMA designation.
• Familiarity with Schwab BondSource, Salesforce, Bloomberg, FactSet, Nexidia, or related reporting and workflow tools.
