Industrial Maintenance Technician 1st Shift M-F 6am to 2pm Weekly Pay - Sign In Bonus (P)

What you will do

• Assess, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Perform reactive, preventive, proactive, project, and setup-support maintenance activities.
• Research technical data, procure parts, perform hands-on repairs, and coordinate contractor support.
• Use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document work and analyze maintenance trends.
• Coordinate maintenance workforce and materials to support production.
• Train, coach, and mentor fellow technicians on safe maintenance practices and repair procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong electrical skills, experience with electrical test equipment, and the ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude, standard trade-tool experience, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and operate shop machinery.
• At least 5 years of experience working with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, work on raised surfaces, and climb stairs or ladders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Ability to work with export-controlled technology is required, and any required export license must be issued before employment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree, trade school education, online maintenance coursework certificate, or military technical training.
• PLC programming, robotics, or vacuum systems experience.
