Account Director, Activation - Tech B2C (Consumer Technology)

Location: Greenville, NC, United States; in-office five days per week. Weekend and irregular hours may be required during production. Relocation assistance may be available, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days.

Salary: $178,000–$223,000 annually, plus annual bonus and employee equity plan grant.

What you will do

• Lead sold partnerships from production briefing through final delivery and wrap reporting.
• Coordinate integration schedules with Studio, Post, and Creative Development while serving as the primary client liaison.
• Host and guide client teams during production shoots and manage on-set alignment.
• Streamline review and approval workflows across Marketing, Legal, and Product Marketing.
• Drive creative problem-solving during production and post-production to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Develop performance wrap reports and embed measurement frameworks into activation plans.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in branded content activation, integrated production, or executive-producer-level content project management.
• Experience running enterprise-scale branded integrations for Fortune 100 brands.
• Deep expertise in consumer technology or AI activation.
• Extensive fluency with live set environments, post-production workflows, and tight editing schedules.
• Strong enterprise client relationship, organizational leadership, and project management skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to work in the United States are required.
