Client Engagement Director (US)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day relationships with one or two critical clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal strategy, design, technology, and production teams.
• Translate client business goals into agency strategy and measurable solutions.
• Oversee account health, planning, scopes, budgets, deadlines, quality, and profitability.
• Resolve client issues and proactively address emerging business challenges.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships into new service areas.

Requirements

• Proven account management experience focused on client satisfaction and relationship building.
• Extensive experience in agency account management, digital products, brand strategy, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience translating client needs into actionable strategic solutions.
• Financial acumen covering growth pipelines, budgets, scopes, and account growth.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and comfort with analytics, technology, content management platforms, and AI initiatives.
