Engagement Manager for Agencies (AI Search)

Location: On-site in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, London, or Singapore

Salary: $110,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and commission opportunities

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for marketing, digital, PR, integrated agencies, and management consultancies.
• Drive growth, platform adoption, success planning, and measurable outcomes across agency partners and their end clients.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, identify opportunities, and proactively manage account risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across agencies, consultancies, and client organizations, while reducing risk from stakeholder turnover.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementations and resolve technical challenges.
• Share best practices and actionable tactics for improving clients' visibility and citation share in AI search.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, account management, SEO/GEO, AI strategy, martech customer success, agency partnerships, or a brand marketing department working with external agencies and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations and product demonstrations for stakeholders at different levels and disciplines.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills and the ability to create partnerships with agencies and consultancies.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and investigating technical or data problems.
• Ability to own processes end to end and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
• Curiosity about AI search and the ability to develop and credibly communicate a point of view on AI citation share within 60 days.
