What you will do

• Direct and manage all aspects of project development from beginning to end to ensure effective product delivery.
• Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and communication to ensure project profitability.
• Act as the primary interface between the technical team and the client to identify and satisfy business needs.
• Create project plans, track milestones, and coordinate with Architects and Technical Leads to prioritize functionality.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, ensuring they possess necessary technical and process skills.
• Handle escalation management for delivery-related issues and execute comprehensive risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, specifically with fixed-bid projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Background in application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in US SLED/Public Sector.
• Background in consulting or professional services industries.
• Understanding of public sector compliance and procurement processes.
