Workday Functional HR Technology Analyst (Workday/HR Technology): Configuring and optimizing a Workday-powered HR technology platform, including business processes, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, integrations, and data integrity, with an accent on system enhancements, testing, and reliable HR service delivery. Focus on solving complex workflow problems, implementing technical requirements, and supporting accurate, intuitive HR systems through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Headquarters - Katy, Texas, United States; regular in-office attendance is required.

What you will do
- Design, configure, and optimize Workday business processes and HR technology solutions.
- Implement technical requirements and support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday.
- Support integrations and maintain HR data integrity, accuracy, and system performance.
- Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver aligned solutions.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of HR systems experience in HCM, HRIS, or HRIT, or 5+ years of functional HR experience.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to configure business processes and specifications while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Regular in-office attendance in Katy, Texas is required.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience.
- Advanced Workday training in BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
