Senior Systems Analyst (HRIS & Global Payroll)

Location: Erlanger, Kentucky, United States; occasional weekend or varied-shift work and travel by car and air may be required.

What you will do

• Design and deliver integration flows between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, global payroll systems, and time, benefits, and finance modules.
• Lead the complete integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with international payroll and time-management vendors on data requirements, error handling, and service-level expectations.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and middleware-based interface development using SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central and lead unit, system, and end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain integration specifications, flow diagrams, and error logs while identifying system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of dedicated SAP SuccessFactors experience focused on global payroll integration.
• Experience integrating major international payroll and time-management platforms.
• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and payroll replication practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration or similar middleware.
• Strong communication, analytical, process-management, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
• Availability for occasional weekends or varied shifts and willingness to travel as required.
