What you will do

• Design and deliver integration flows between SuccessFactors EC, Global Payroll systems, and external modules (Time, Benefits, Finance).
• Lead the full integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and functional design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with international third-party vendors to define data requirements, error-handling, and SLAs for multi-country payroll.
• Perform complex data mapping, transformation, and validation using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other middleware.
• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central and lead unit, system, and end-to-end (E2E) testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain rigorous integration specifications and flow diagrams to ensure compliance with global security and performance standards.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of dedicated experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Global Payroll integration.
• Proven track record of managing integrations with major international payroll and time management platforms.
• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and payroll replication best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware.
• Ability to travel via auto and air as required.
• Ability to work occasional weekends or varied shifts to meet global project deadlines.
