Consultant HR System Optimization HRSS (Workday)

Location: Remote role associated with Livonia, Michigan; Westchester, Illinois; and Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Hourly pay range: $42.26–$63.39

What you will do

• Configure, administer, and support Workday Help and Workday Journeys.
• Develop and maintain workflows, content, user experiences, and self-service capabilities for HR Shared Services.
• Troubleshoot access and technical issues with Technology and Information Services, Workday support teams, and vendors.
• Design test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, track defects, and validate system releases.
• Support HR technology projects, issue management, process transformation, and technology roadmap development.
• Build visualizations, training materials, and demonstrations while coordinating with HR leaders, process owners, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS Systems, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting HR systems or enterprise technology in a shared services or complex organizational environment.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-to-end design coordination.
• Experience supporting technology projects, issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting operations associated with United States locations.
