Consultant HR System Optimization HRSS (Workday)

What you will do

• Advise HR functional leadership and support the implementation of strategies, programs, projects, and service delivery initiatives.
• Configure, administer, and support Workday Help and Workday Journeys, including workflows, content, and employee self-service experiences.
• Troubleshoot access and technical issues with Technology and Information Services, Workday support teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Design test scenarios and scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, track defects, and validate system changes.
• Manage small- to medium-scale projects, workstreams, issue logs, workflows, communications, and service delivery plans.
• Analyze operational data, create visualizations and reports, recommend improvements, and contribute to the HR technology roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS Systems, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting HR systems or enterprise technology in a shared services or complex organizational environment.
• Experience with end-to-end design, anticipating interdependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deliverable timelines.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, preferably with Workday Help, Workday Journeys, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting technology projects, issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, consultation, and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Ability to work with complex ideas, manage concurrent projects, provide training, and use technology extensively.
