Workday Recruiting Senior Systems Analyst - HRIS (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HR functional modules, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Maintain and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure configurations support global and local statutory, regulatory, and cultural requirements.
• Document configurations, changes, and customizations for audits, training, and operational continuity.
• Support Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide workforce insights.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of Workday configuration experience, including regional or global deployments of Workday HCM modules.
• Experience with modules such as Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or another Workday HCM area.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across geographically dispersed environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive data discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
