Senior Business Analyst (Travel)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements as functional specifications, product concepts, and enhancement opportunities.
• Create and maintain Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Customer Services, and implementation teams to ensure functional compatibility and production readiness.
• Support test strategy reviews, incident analysis, requirements traceability, customer discussions, product demonstrations, and launch activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• around 10+ years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, Postman, SOAP UI, Microsoft Office, UML, sequence diagrams, ICDs, and solution design documentation.
• Experience working in Agile environments across requirements, testing, implementation, and customer engagement phases.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, workshop, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, Python, C/C++, or SQL.
• Experience in the travel domain.
