Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

What you will do

• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IT and software projects.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and project documentation.
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
• Support solution validation, UAT, implementation, change management, and project risk and dependency tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for IT or software projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with experience creating functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English are required.
