Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Gather, clarify, document, and maintain traceability for project requirements.
• Track requirements changes, project schedules, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor critical path items and proactively flag potential delays.
• Maintain project documentation, templates, repositories, records, and audit trails.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and project communications while supporting Technical Project Managers.
• Provide data analysis, reporting, and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or administrative support.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, preferably in a PMO environment.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce administration; PMP or Business Analysis certification is required.
