What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document project requirements.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and dependencies.
• Monitor critical path items and proactively flag potential delays.
• Ensure accurate tracking of milestones and maintain project records.
• Manage project documentation, templates, and centralized repositories.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or administrative support.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Salesforce administration.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in a PMO environment.
