Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze complex or incomplete business needs and turn them into structured requirements, dependencies, risks, and product impacts.
• Explore solution options, challenge assumptions, and recommend practical product improvements for hirify.global Ultimo.
• Work with Product Management, Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and QA throughout product development.
• Facilitate workshops, clarify ownership and decisions, and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and implementation documentation supporting development, QA, releases, and handover.
• Use AI tools for research, requirement breakdown, impact analysis, ideation, documentation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within a software product environment.
• Strong ability to analyze and break down complex or incomplete business requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment and with requirements before backlog definition.
• Ability to connect business needs with product functionality, system changes, business value, user needs, and feasibility.
• Practical experience using AI tools and willingness to adopt new AI-assisted approaches.
• Strong communication, independent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience creating wireframes, user flows, or prototypes.
• Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools.
• Experience with enterprise software, complex business applications, EAM, CMMS, or asset management.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data, or technical architecture.
• Experience facilitating discovery, scoping, or solution workshops.
