operates a talent pipeline at the Kaohsiung Science Park across engineering, manufacturing, operations, data science, finance, and leadership functions.
What you will do
- Drive manufacturing performance, production efficiency, cost optimization, and capacity improvements.
- Own process and equipment engineering activities, including DOE, SPC, root cause analysis, and OEE improvement.
- Manage quality investigations, CAPA, audits, and supplier or customer quality activities.
- Lead new product readiness, process and tooling validation, and DFM/DFx initiatives.
- Manage supply chain planning, materials, inventory, suppliers, and S&OP activities.
- Build analytics and measurement systems while supporting EHS, Lean, continuous improvement, and financial planning programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, science, operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience ranging from Engineer I through Principal Engineer, Specialist through Director, and manager-level roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Availability to work in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
