What you will do

• Lead analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex equipment, system, and product issues.
• Own critical customer escalations and coordinate technical solutions that minimize operational impact.
• Drive structural problem-solving and continuous improvement across key product lines to improve quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Lead global cross-functional teams during major escalations and urgent operational issues.
• Partner with R&D and manufacturing on product design improvements, new product introductions, and process optimization.
• Build technical capability through mentoring, coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, or a comparable technical environment.
• Strong ability to solve complex cross-system and cross-functional technical issues.
• Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, quality improvement, and reliability engineering.
• Experience leading product design initiatives, design improvements, or large-scale cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated potential, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
