Process Engineer (PCB Metallization)

Location: AP-TW-Dayuan (EL), Taiwan; travel within Asia is required.

What you will do

• Lead pilot-line metallization processes and related technology, equipment, and materials development.
• Develop expertise in flexible and rigid PCB metallization, electrical testing, and reliability testing.
• Support new product development through process-window and process-capability evaluations.
• Design experiments, conduct testing, collect data, and analyze results independently.
• Collaborate with application engineers and tool vendors on prototyping, customer needs, process improvements, and commercialization.
• Train research assistants and sales representatives on relevant processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of industrial experience or knowledge in PCB and/or IC substrate MHC, PCB tool maintenance or design, and copper plating.
• Experience with technical support, design of experiments, and industrial work is an advantage.
• Independent research skills, hands-on capability, and effective teamwork.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
• Ability to travel within Asia is required.
