Senior Product Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maintain and strengthen quality standards across product manufacturing processes.
• Improve quality methodologies and influence Manufacturing, Quality Control, Fab, Raw Material, and Engineering activities.
• Implement and maintain FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, change management, and product quality controls.
• Set quality requirements for new products and support continuous improvement in product development processes.
• Define KPIs, present performance results to management, and prepare qualification plans for quality and cross-functional changes.
• Investigate customer and production quality issues, respond to technical requests, and perform internal quality audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor materials industry.
• Strong understanding of raw material and product chemistry, analytical methods, and functional characterization.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve technical challenges in time-critical situations.
• Experience working with customers or suppliers outside DuPont on technical projects and problem resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and management.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, and statistical software such as JMP or Minitab.
