(Sr.) Product Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Own the technical product lifecycle and drive manufacturing cost reductions through yield improvement and cost of non-quality reduction.
• Improve product quality by applying zero-defect practices and identifying root causes of customer complaints.
• Continuously improve product manufacturability, including hold-cost reduction and test-efficiency optimization.
• Work with the Business Line to create business opportunities and deliver manufacturable products and test solutions within time-to-market and cost targets.
• Collaborate with test engineering to release test programs.
• Support fab, assembly, and test-house process transfers and volume ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and tools.
• Team-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, diligent, independent, and proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of foundry or assembly processes.
• Experience handling customer complaints.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment.
• Project management experience.
