Sr. Test Engineer

What you will do

• Own the test program and act as the local technical expert.
• Drive improvements in test cost, coverage, integral yield, flexibility, platform transfer, and efficiency.
• Debug customer returns on ATE and investigate production issues to identify root causes.
• Understand device behavior and functionality to deliver effective debugging and test solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Line and Product Engineering teams to deliver manufacturable products, test solutions, and released test hardware and software.
• Manage test hardware and software changes for test-house transfers and new test-platform conversions.

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor test engineering and ATE-based production testing.
• Ability to debug customer returns and production issues through structured root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of device behavior, functionality, and test-solution development.
• Ability to work with business and product-engineering stakeholders on product quality, cost, and time-to-market targets.
• Ability to work onsite in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
