Senior Director, North America Market People Organization

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; must be located in the US and comply with hirify.global Hybrid Work guidelines

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for US candidates

What you will do

• Lead the People Organization for the North America Commercial Organization, including Commercial Market People Partner and country People Organization teams.
• Act as the US Country People Organization Lead and advise Market and Country Managing Directors.
• Lead initiatives across organization and culture, talent and leadership, inclusion, workforce planning, employee relations, executive recruiting, compliance, and crisis management.
• Coach and develop People Partners supporting Country Managing Directors.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners to deliver HR solutions and programs.
• Lead global Commercial Organization projects focused on talent, future of work, organization design, and transformation.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US and follow hirify.global Hybrid Work guidelines.
• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, including HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing people and developing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Experience creating global workforce plans and organizational capabilities, coaching leaders, and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
