Senior Director, North America Market People Organization

Location: Spring, Texas, United States; must be located in the US and comply with hirify.global Hybrid Work guidelines

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates

What you will do

• Lead the People Organization for the North America Commercial Organization, including Commercial Market and Country People Organization responsibilities.
• Serve as Country People Organization Lead for the US and maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors.
• Lead initiatives covering organization and culture, talent and leadership, inclusion, organization design, workforce planning, employee relations, executive recruiting, compliance, and crisis management.
• Coach and develop People Partners supporting Country Managing Directors.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners to deliver employee-focused programs.
• Lead global Commercial Organization projects focused on talent, future of work, organization design, and transformation.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, including HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing people and developing organizational change initiatives, global workforce plans, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong executive coaching, business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs, with a strong record of managing cost, quality, and timeliness.
• High discretion, strict confidentiality, strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, organizational development, or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
