Director, Human Resources

Location: Hybrid role based in Universal City, California, United States, requiring work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy on people, talent, and organizational priorities.
• Lead strategic workforce planning by assessing organizational capacity, critical capabilities, talent gaps, and future workforce needs.
• Shape talent strategies covering succession planning, development, performance management, engagement, recognition, retention, mobility, and organizational capability.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, team performance, talent decisions, and complex employee matters.
• Lead performance management, compensation planning, organizational planning, talent reviews, change initiatives, and employee-relations work.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employment Legal, HR Operations, and Learning and Development to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership, employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience advising and influencing senior leaders on complex talent, organizational, and business matters.
• Experience leading organizational change, talent planning, performance management, and employee-relations initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, communication, consulting, coaching, influencing, project-management, and process-management skills.
• Ability to work from the Universal City, California office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
