HR Business Partner, HPE Networking Sales

Location: United States of America, Texas; hybrid work with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 92,600–213,500 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Advise L3 and L4 business leaders on talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions.
• Translate business objectives into talent and workforce strategies.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, and capability planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership pipeline discussions, and retention strategies.
• Support organizational restructuring, business transformation, integration activities, and change-management communications.
• Use workforce analytics and insights to inform organizational decisions and resource allocation.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of local and regional labor, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
