Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote; location is not a requirement. The ideal fit can work under European or American East Coast timezones.

Salary: USD $188,679–$232,100 total budget per year, depending on location. Additional compensation may include US employee compensation of USD $173,915.61–$213,939.09, equity with a current grant value of up to $84,400, and performance share units of up to USD $465,489 per year.

What you will do

• Own outcomes and results for multi-million-dollar business lines.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, breaking them into rapidly shippable projects.
• Collect and analyze customer, stakeholder, and internal feedback to shape requirements and features.
• Partner with sales, customer support, engineering, and senior management to deliver products that solve customer problems.
• Prioritize initiatives, balance engineering cost against business impact, and maintain a regular release cadence.
• Track product usage and impact while identifying opportunities to expand the product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
• Experience with channel connectivity or API integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer concerns clearly and precisely.
• Track record of owning 0-to-1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, structure dependencies and priorities, and make difficult trade-offs.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent, empathetic, and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty.
