What you will do

• Drive outcomes and own results for multi-million dollar business lines.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, translating them into rapidly shippable projects.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to define requirements and features.
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Prioritize execution and balance engineering costs against business value.
• Innovate and recommend new directions to expand the product base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
• Ability to work within European or American East Coast timezones.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a high degree of empathy for users and teammates.
• Proven track record of 0→1 end-to-end product and feature development.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and maintain a consistent release cadence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
