What you will do
- Drive outcomes and own results for multi-million dollar business lines.
- Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, translating them into rapidly shippable projects.
- Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to define requirements and features.
- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Prioritize execution and balance engineering costs against business value.
- Innovate and recommend new directions to expand the product base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
- Ability to work within European or American East Coast timezones.
- Exceptional written communication skills and a high degree of empathy for users and teammates.
- Proven track record of 0→1 end-to-end product and feature development.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and maintain a consistent release cadence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
