Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; travel of up to approximately 10% may be required to engage with school partners, educators, and internal teams.

Salary: $110,862–$140,000 per year, plus potential incentive, commission, or annual bonus pay.

What you will do

• Lead user-centered discovery through interviews, classroom research, analytics, and stakeholder input, translating evidence into product direction and prioritized backlogs.
• Deliver iterative product value through lean releases, experiments, success metrics, and continuous measurement of teacher and student outcomes.
• Align Engineering, Design, Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success around product execution, dependencies, and go-to-market readiness.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, and Replit to prototype concepts, draft product requirements, analyze data, and simulate user flows.
• Build educational experiences using LLMs, natural language processing, and computer vision while evaluating model behavior, prompts, reliability, safety, bias, and instructional quality.
• Drive measurable improvements in teacher adoption, student impact, engagement, and revenue while protecting student privacy and instructional integrity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience; edtech or experience in a mission-driven, regulated consumer or enterprise environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Education, Business, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-driven features and using AI tools to draft, analyze, build, and iterate.
• Strong technical fluency covering software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with technical and customer discovery, Agile, Scrum, product discovery, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Must be located in the United States; a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months are required for travel.
