Senior Buyer (Electrical Equipment)

Energy technology organization developing grid solutions for reliable, sustainable, and digital power systems, including HVDC transmission, grid stabilization, storage, switchgears, transformers, and digital grid technology.

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing for technical services and electrical equipment across national and international demand.
• Manage RFPs, technical equalization, commercial negotiations, pricing, schedules, and contractual conditions.
• Contract assembly, maintenance, commissioning, engineering, and other technical services while ensuring EHS and company-standard compliance.
• Develop, qualify, and monitor suppliers through due diligence and performance management.
• Analyze procurement risks, mitigate single-source dependencies, and develop alternative supply options.
• Track quality deviations, delays, disputes, deliverables, and procurement KPIs including savings, OTD, FCF, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong experience contracting technical services and purchasing electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic-thinking, collaboration, resilience, and results-orientation skills.
