Senior Workday HCM Engineer (Workday): Configuring and supporting Workday HCM processes across compensation, absence, recruiting, security, reporting, and EIBs with an accent on translating HR requirements into scalable solutions. Focus on owning business process architecture, delivering reporting projects, driving requirements sign-off, and implementing enhancements and training for Workday users.

What you will do
- Own Workday configuration and business process architecture across assigned HR functional areas.
- Partner with HR, users, management, and stakeholders on projects, priorities, operational support, and process improvements.
- Translate business needs and requirements into scalable and manageable Workday solutions.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, evaluate design alternatives, and drive technical and business requirements sign-off.
- Deliver independent reporting projects as a Workday reporting subject matter expert.
- Implement Workday enhancements and provide training to support users.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience with Workday HCM and related functional areas.
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM, Compensation, Absence and Time Off, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and EIBs.
- Excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas.

- Workday integrations or Workday Studio experience.
