What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calling, appointment setting, teller interactions, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage operational risk and complete branch procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Must work in-office at the Phoenix, Arizona branch.
• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; no degree may be accepted with comparable qualifications.
• Typically requires 3 or more years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and problem solving.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
