What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide effective issue resolution.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit products and banking services.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily activity.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
• Customer service, sales, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
